1 Hotel Hanalei Bay Now Taking Reservations for Summer 2022

1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, formerly the St. Regis Princeville Resort, is projected to open in July 2022 and is now accepting reservations. 1 Hotels made the announcement on their Facebook page on August 10th, 2021:

“1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is sprouting in July 2022 and now accepting reservations! Be one of the first to experience the world’s premier sustainable wellness sanctuary, overlooking the breathtaking Hanalei Bay and cliffs off the Na Pali Coast. Book now at www.1hotels.com/hanalei-bay.”

The hotel is being marketed as a “world-class wellness resort and flagship sustainable sanctuary” situated in one of Earth’s most beautiful spots. The hotel will feature 252 rooms, including 51 suites. The rooms seek to bring nature into each space, with native greenery, reclaimed materials, organic cotton linens, and views of lush gardens, soaring mountains, and sparkling Hanalei Bay, reports 1 Hotels. All rooms will include in-room greenery, yoga mats and organic bedding.

Indeed, artists renderings (below) of rooms and suites depict a zen-like atmosphere with natural elements and gorgeous views of Hanalei Bay.

The new look comes with a somewhat higher price tag. A check of rates for July 2022 revealed nightly rates ranging from approximately $1,200 to $2,000. At the former St. Regis Princeville Resort, some rooms could be found from about $600-$900 per night. Clearly, owner Starwood Capital Group is intending to take this property to the next level.
