The Hanalei Bay Villas are a set of 37 condos that are actually free-standing houses located in Princeville, Kauai next to the St. Regis Princeville Resort (now 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay) and Hanalei Bay Resort.
All other condos in the Princeville area (and there are many) have shared walls with other condos. Living areas are on the top floor and the bedrooms (either two or three) are on the ground level.
The villas are situated on beautiful tropical grounds with incredible views of the Princeville/Hanalei area. The St. Regis Princeville Resort, the Makai golf course, Puu Poa Beach and Hideaways Beach are within walking distance.
