The Kauai Juice Co., in Kapaa, adds to the island’s healthy choices with a mix of refreshing juices, elixirs, island milks and probiotic Kombucha teas. The organic produce used to make these products is locally sourced (they list the farms they source from). The juices are made by cold-pressing, a method that preserves the vital nutrients in their purest forms. You can almost feel the instant nutrition and replenishment as you down a bottle. The staff is friendly and outgoing and will help you to select from the many options. They are located in downtown Kapaa behind Mermaids Cafe (park in back). Their teas can be found in select grocery stores around the island, but the juices, which expire in 2-4 days, can only be found at the Kapaa location.
