The St. Regis is a true hotel, the Westin Princeville is a timeshare condominium resort with some hotel amenities. Hotel listings at other websites beyond these two are probably condominiums.

Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas
The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas are situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Villas at the Westin Princeville are located in several buildings and each villa features either a full kitchen or kitchenette. The property boasts several pools, the Nanea Restaurant and Bar, a poolside bar and a cafe. Units at the Westin Princeville are generally larger than standard hotel rooms. In fact, the two bedroom Premium Lockoff Villa has 1,311 square feet and can comfortably sleep eight.
